Note: Following Denmark's ratification of the OSPAR Convention, Denmark notified France as the Depositary Government that it had withdrawn its reservation from the Declaration accompanying Denmark's signature to the Convention, viz. "the present Convention is subject to ratification and with reservation for application to the Faroe Islands and Greenland". |
