The calendar of meetings for OSPAR from September 2025 - June 2026 is shown below
Document deadlines:
Draft agenda for OSPAR Commission meetings: to be circulated at least 8 weeks before the meeting.
Draft agenda for subsidiary bodies: to be circulated at least 6 weeks before the meeting.
Draft Decisions and Recommendations: to be submitted at least 12 weeks before the meeting of the subsidiary body at which they will be considered, and 5 weeks before the meeting of the OSPAR Commission meeting at which they are presented for adoption.
Documents submitted for discussion or information at a meeting shall be received by the Secretariat at least three weeks before the opening of a meeting of the Commission or of a subsidiary body.
Applications from Non-Governmental Observer Organisations for observer status: to be received at least 12 weeks before the meeting of the OSPAR Commission.
