Arctic Council Task Force on Arctic Marine Cooperation
Executive Secretary Darius Campbell is in OSLO this week at the first meeting of the Arctic Council Task Force on Arctic Marine Cooperation. Darius is there to explain how OSPAR works and what it has achieved. This is for the task force to consider in terms of learning points on alternative models of regional cooperation.
The Arctic Council is a high level intergovernmental forum to provide a means for promoting cooperation, coordination and interaction among the Arctic States, with the involvement of the Arctic Indigenous communities and other Arctic inhabitants.
