"I am a Senior Adviser with the Water and Marine Advisory Unit of the Department of Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government in Ireland. My work focuses on how we interact with and prevent harm to marine ecosystems and how we ensure that we utilise our marine resources sustainably.

OSPAR brings together a unique combination of experts spanning a vast array of disciplines, a high level of policy oversight and a solid foundation of evidence based decision making to ensure that we protect and conserve the Northeast Atlantic.
